The in-hotel restaurant served fantastic meals, allowing us to enjoy satisfying food without leaving the premises. Rock climbers will appreciate the unique local crags, with opportunities to explore them alongside knowledgeable locals.

This place could definitely improve on their Wi-Fi. It struggled during busy times. While the ambiance was warm, the amenities felt a bit limited, and I missed having a wider selection of activities right on-site.

very nice dining

Recommend it for a cozy getaway

I stayed for 5 nights and the staff were super helpful, always there with a smile. The restaurant served very nice food, especially the local lamb and salmon!

It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, it was still acceptable.

My stay at El Reloj was exceptional, particularly because of the spectacular views from my double room. The warm ambiance and filling breakfast were highlights. The attentive service from Angel made my business trip seamless and enjoyable. I also enjoyed a fantastic dining experience at the nearby 'CB' restaurant, which served the best food I had in Chile.

The hotel could use elevator access.
